The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music (GIM) is a deep dive into your psyche. The experience, much like a waking dream, enables individuals to access inner resources to illuminate or resolve past and current issues. It is for individuals who have already engaged in talk therapy and want to go one step further. GIM is well suited for healers, seekers, spiritually-minded individuals, and intuitives.

GIM sessions can be utilized in a brief format (1-3 sessions) with a specific focus, or in a series (5-10 sessions) to explore patterns more deeply.
