We live in a fast-paced society that often disconnects us from our true nature. We compromise our wants, needs, and desires to a set of cultural norms that don't serve our health and wellbeing.

As a sensitive, empathic soul, you feel this deeply but have few people in your life that understand the deep ache for a different way of existing. I am hear to be a guide and witness to this ache. I am hear to invite you to come home to yourself.

I’m Beth -

I am not your typical talk therapist. I am not here to tell you what to fix or improve. I don't seek fast and easy solutions or ask you to change. I am here to be a witness, guide, and nuturing presence. I consider myself to be a gentle rebel; quietly encouraging empaths and sensitive souls to see their worth in this society.

It's hard to slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself.

It sounds simple on the surface, but you keep finding distractions or reasons to stay on the surface. Maybe you feel like you don't have time or energy to tend to that inner ache. Maybe you worry about how your life will change if you actually listen to your inner north star. Maybe you worry about letting other people down if you focus on your wellbeing. Slowing down and showing up for yourself is the first step. Simple, but not easy.

I help you clear out old thoughts and emotions that keep you stuck, connect you with your own unique inner landscape, and invite you to make committed action toward what matters most. Taking these steps frees up your precious energy so that you can live with more freedom and vitality.

You are familiar with feeling the weight of the world and wondering how everyone else can function. You believe there must be something wrong with you if you can't keep up with all that life demands. You try to muster motivation, but everything feels "too much". You are not alone. High levels of empathy and sensitivity can lead to feelings of loneliness, apathy/numbness, depression, and anxiety.

My Approach

My practice and style of therapy is inspired by the natural world and its inherent wisdom. I creatively infuse music, guided imagery, writing, poetry, and intuitive-based practices to uncover your true essence. Uncovering your essence and returning home often brings up grief and loss - like reconnecting with a long lost friend or loved one after a long period of separation. There is space to grieve and feel what has been stuck or numbed over the years. Once your energy and vitality naturally return, there is space to get clear on what you value most and start living your life from an aligned, grounded place.
